Routes<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:x-large\"><b>1. PAYMENT, BOOKING &amp; FINANCIAL TERMS<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">1.1 A mandatory <b>deposit is required to confirm booking<\/b>, which is <b>non-refundable under any circumstances<\/b>, except where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">1.2 Full payment must be completed <b>prior to departure<\/b>, and no later than <b>72 hours before the start of the Experience<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">1.3 Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without guarantee of reinstatement.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:x-large\"><b>2. CANCELLATION, REFUND &amp; PENALTY POLICY<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">2.1 Cancellations made <b>72 hours or more prior to departure<\/b> may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a <b>30% administrative penalty based on the total tour price<\/b>, plus the <b>non-refundable deposit<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2.2 Cancellations made less than <b>72 hours before departure<\/b>, as well as no-shows, are <b>not eligible for any refund or compensation<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2.3 If the Operator cancels due to force majeure (weather, safety, logistics, or insufficient participants), the Client will receive either rescheduling or a full refund including the deposit.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:x-large\"><b>3. LIABILITY WAIVER &amp; RELEASE<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">3.1 The Client acknowledges that the Experience involves outdoor activities with inherent risks including transportation, uneven terrain, animal interaction, and farm environments.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.2 The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.3 The Client releases Canadian Route Learning Centre Incorporation, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or incidents during the Experience.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.4 Canadian Route is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.5 The Client confirms they are physically and mentally fit to participate and agrees to follow all safety instructions.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><b>3.6 Transportation and Tour Incident Liability<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">The Client acknowledges that transportation for this Experience is provided by a licensed third-party carrier. The Client understands that all transportation services are subject to the carrier\u2019s own insurance, safety procedures, and operating terms. Canadian Route shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, or claim arising from the operation of the transportation vehicle or from any incident occurring during the Experience.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:x-large\"><b>4. PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE &amp; CHARGEBACK PROTECTION<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">4.1 The Client acknowledges that payment is for a date-specific tourism service subject to agreed terms.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4.2 This agreement serves as proof of acceptance of all service conditions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4.3 In the event of a chargeback, Canadian Route may submit this agreement, payment records, and communications as evidence of authorization.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4.4 The Client acknowledges that unjustified disputes may affect future service eligibility, where permitted by law.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:x-large\"><b>5. PAYMENT, BOOKING &amp; FINANCIAL TERMS\n1.1 A mandatory deposit is required to confirm booking, which is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.\n\n1.2 Full payment must be completed prior to departure, and no later than 72 hours before the start of the Experience.\n\n1.3 Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without guarantee of reinstatement.\n\n2. CANCELLATION, REFUND &amp; PENALTY POLICY\n2.1 Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 30% administrative penalty based on the total tour price, plus the non-refundable deposit.\n\n2.2 Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for any refund or compensation.\n\n2.3 If the Operator cancels due to force majeure (weather, safety, logistics, or insufficient participants), the Client will receive either rescheduling or a full refund including the deposit.\n\n3. LIABILITY WAIVER &amp; RELEASE\n3.1 The Client acknowledges that the Experience involves outdoor activities with inherent risks including transportation, uneven terrain, animal interaction, and farm environments.\n\n3.2 The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.\n\n3.3 The Client releases Canadian Route Learning Centre Incorporation, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or incidents during the Experience.\n\n3.4 Canadian Route is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.\n\n3.5 The Client confirms they are physically and mentally fit to participate and agrees to follow all safety instructions.\n\n3.6 Transportation and Tour Incident Liability\nThe Client acknowledges that transportation for this Experience is provided by a licensed third-party carrier. The Client understands that all transportation services are subject to the carrier\u2019s own insurance, safety procedures, and operating terms. Canadian Route shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, or claim arising from the operation of the transportation vehicle or from any incident occurring during the Experience.\n\n4. PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE &amp; CHARGEBACK PROTECTION\n4.1 The Client acknowledges that payment is for a date-specific tourism service subject to agreed terms.\n\n4.2 This agreement serves as proof of acceptance of all service conditions.\n\n4.3 In the event of a chargeback, Canadian Route may submit this agreement, payment records, and communications as evidence of authorization.\n\n4.4 The Client acknowledges that unjustified disputes may affect future service eligibility, where permitted by law.\n\n5.
